The internet is transforming how global health professionals convey information, coordinate efforts, and collaborate on shared initiatives. The Internet & Global Health Web Executive Seminar explores innovative projects and best practices in applying information technologies to the most pressing global health challenges of our time.

Guest speakers will present innovative ideas, tools, and online initiatives that are changing the face of global health research, collaboration, and implementation. Speakers include representatives from the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, NothingButNet.org, HealthMap.org, the Global Alliance for Nursing and Midwifery, and Broadcast HIV Africa.

Forum One Communications is organizing this session. Multiple organizations will be presenting. This event is the latest in a series of web and communications events hosted by Forum One.

Schedule:

8:00-8:10: Registration
8:10-8:30: Welcome and Introductions
8:30-9:45: First Panel: Overview and interactive case study
9:45-10:00: Break
10:00-11:00: Second Panel: Additional case studies, discussion

11:00-11:30: Networking/Socializing
11:30-12:30: Optional lunch with presenters (pay as you go)

Price: $90 ($75 before Nov. 1). Space is limited. Fee is fully refundable prior to Nov. 1, not refundable after (but admission is transferable).
